Terms and conditions

Please note:

• The campground management reserves the right to not guarantee the distribution of the bungalow, only the number of spaces.
• Accommodations will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
• Pets are not allowed in the accommodations, except for the PUENTEDOG model, which is specially enabled for this purpose.
• Breakages or damages caused by the user must be paid for immediately.
• Towels are not provided in the bungalows.
• The bungalows come equipped with bedding, a television, microwave, air conditioning, basic kitchen utensils, and a small dishwashing kit.
• Charcoal barbecues are prohibited throughout the premises, except in specially designated areas and in accordance with the periods stipulated by current law.

Cancellation policy:

• Reservations with an arrival date between July 1st and August 31st, and between Monday and Saturday of Holy Week, can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For all other reservations, cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival. Reservations canceled outside the free cancellation period will lose the 25% deposit paid. *For cancellations within the deadline, a 5€ deduction will be made from all refunds for management expenses.

Cancellation of the reservation must always be communicated in writing via email to info@puentedelasherrerias.com.

If a refund is due, please provide a bank account number for the transfer of the corresponding amount.
